Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may return your item under the following terms:

Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 14 business days from the date of delivery, provided that the item:

• Has not been worn

• Has not been damaged

• Is returned in its original packaging

Non-returnable Items

Custom-made designs or personalized size adjustments cannot be returned.

Return Shipping Cost

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or an error was made on our part.

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to be processed by your bank or credit card provider.

Canceling an Order Before Shipment

If your order has not yet been shipped, cancellation can be made at no cost.

If it has already shipped, standard return conditions apply.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will replace it at no additional cost.
